Group Class Price lists and duration of member card

Everyone can consider to attend our classes as your yoga practice experience or levels of yoga you have been practicing currently.

All classes are 60 minutes including start and ending prayer or until savasana (Corpse pose).

We will specify classes levels as follow:

In the weekly schedule, always we will add “B” levels in every class, it means all levels can try and join all classes.
However, the new to yoga or very beginner yoga practice person should aware by yourself that you will take care and not force yourself more than your limit and always inform the Yoga Instructor before starting class that she can gives proper asana options to you plus assist you to do correctly practice as best in her class.

Class Definitions

Asana Pranayama (B) – Hatha Yoga style class for all levels.

This class aims to teach all students with many hatha yoga asanas in original hatha yoga method (refer to Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, ancient text book of Hatha Yoga in India), it will be slow movement and focus on the breathing. Hatha Yoga will give you a lot of benefit not only flexibility of the body as well as gives more awareness and focus. This class will focus in alignment of the pose, and connect you with breathing as keep safety practice to all student as our best. Around 40-50 min will be asana and 5-10 min will have mediation and pranayama practice in the same class.

 

Active Stretching (B)

This class is hatha yoga style. All levels can join the class. Asanas in this class, we will stay a little longer than flow class. However, it will helps all students feel undertand their body and also same time, we will add engagement awareness in the poses. For this class, same time you will feel relax and same time, you gets small muscles working and make it stronger.

 

Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series (B, I) or (B, I, A)

Vinyasa Yoga style for multi levels practitioner.  This class sequences will be the LED class and it will be the short form of Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series or Modified Primary Series, it refers to Mysore Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series sequences created by K.Pattabhi Jois , the Indian Yoga guru. The movement of the class will be faster than normal hatha yoga practice, it’s move with the breath (Ujjayi breathing) and many asanas gives strong power of the body. To practice this class, the practitioner should keep in mind that there are many times strong yoga position such as push up, jump, or some kind of challenge position which the yoga instructor will always give you options for beginner. After class, you will get a lot of fat burn and sweat!

 

Ashtanga Vinyasa – Intermediate Series (B, I) or (B, I, A) – Vinyasa Yoga style for multi levels practitioner.

This class sequences will be the LED class and it will be the short form of Ashtanga Vinyasa Intermediate Series or Modified Intermediate Series, it refers to Mysore Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series sequences created by K.Pattabhi Jois , the Indian Yoga guru. The movement of the class will be faster than normal hatha yoga practice, it’s move with the breath (Ujjayi breathing) and many asanas in this sequence will be the back bending position and inversion postures. It gives you have well more in blood circulation, balancing and strengthen of the body and mind. To practice this class, the practitioner should keep in mind that there are many times strong yoga position such as push up, jump, or some kind of challenge position especially deep backbend and many of inversion asanas which the yoga instructor will always give you options for beginner level. After class, you will get a lot of fat burn and sweat!

 

Ashtanga Fusion (B,I), or (B,I,A)

This class is taught based on the yoga sequences of Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series, Secondary series and Advance one. The warm up process will be done with Suryanamaskar A,B and C as vinyasa style and also the flow of the class will be consider by yoga instructor at the time teaching class which proper with our students. It will be mixtures between Asthanga each series. This is very challenge and fun class. All levels can also try to practice as long as the yoga instructor will give you easy options. However, please keep in mind there are a lot of push up position, jump back, jump through and arm balance positions.

 

Core Foundation (B), Core Vinyasa (B,I)

Yoga flow movement style to connect the yoga asanas with the breath. This class bring you more focus in the core strengthen practice, alignment of asanas as well as focus in the breath. However, our teaching style will be more focus in safety practice of our students, so we will always give easier options to everyone for practicing.

 

Deep Stretching (B) – Good for all levels

The deep stretching class is very proper for everyone even you have never been practiced yoga, shoulders/back/hips/legs stiff or athlete. This class, we focus and teach in the Hatha Yoga style in focus of stretching slowly to each joint in the body from head to toes. The class sequences, will be done slowly and give students gets focus in their muscles, feel also relax and deep stretch.

 

Flexibility Flow (B) or (B,I)

This class will be done in the vinyasa yoga style, the process of the class will give you move and flow the yoga poses as one move one breath and sometimes, we also hold the position. The more position in the class will emphasize to give flexibility of the body as well as some challenge position for more experience practitioners. The breathing in the class can be normal breathing or Ujjayi breathing as per instruction of each yoga instructors.

 

Fusion Flow (B) or (B,I)

Fusion flow is one of challenge and fun yoga flow class that we will teach you. It’s freedom sequences created by each yoga instructors during the class. The class sequences, can be done in Ashtanga Vinyasa modified series or any Hatha Vinyasa modified series. The important purpose of this class is to energize your body and mind as well as detox the body through the skin.

 

Gentle flow (B) – Good for all levels

The gentle flow will teach you in style of flow movement with easy yoga asanas. It’s proper with the person who just start to practicing yoga and new to yoga. This flow will make you move as well as focus with breath. It will give you relaxation and same time focus in your specific postures or muscles.

 

Hatha Yoga (B) – Good for all levels

The Hatha Yoga class is the most ancient practice of yoga. The old text book called Hatha Yoga Pradipika (Swatmarama). The are 84 mains yoga asanas and important meditative position. It’s help you to balance the energy channels in the body in specific postures.  In this seqences, we will use the Original Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutation) and some class we will recite the bija mantra of Suryanamaskar together. It helps us to warm up the body and teach specific yoga asana as tailor maid to our students in the time teaching class. Then all students will get most benefit from their practice.

 

Hatha Yoga Original Flow (B,I) or (B,I,A)

This class will be run in the Hatha flow style with using the classical Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutation) to warm up the body and Ujjayi breathing is applied in the class. The sequences is taught by selecting asanas in Hatha Yoga Pradipika and we will create sequence as per student in the class capacity and it will take 8-10 counts to hold the position. A lot of benefits you will get in this class such as flexibility, focus, strengthen body and mind. This class can be a lot of challenge for everyone.

 

Hatha Vinyasa (B), or (B,I) or (B,I,A)

This class will be run in the Hatha flow style with using the vinyasa Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutation A,B,C) to warm up the body and Ujjayi breathing is applied in the class. Classes will move as dynamic movement as one move one breath and some positions will hold the pose around 5 counts or 5 breaths. 

 

Happy Hips/Legs (B)

Signature class of our studio. This class we will bring you to stretch deeper in your hips/legs area. This class is proper for all levels especially, runner, sports person, gym as well as anyone feel that the body is too stiff or have some tension , anxiety. After practice this class, you will feel body lighter, mind relax. It’s really helpful also for person who has pain in the glutes area or hamstring.

 

Healthy Spine (B)

This class is for anyone even new or never done yoga. It’s will help you to stretch back from lower, middle and upper back. It’s also help your spine healthier as well as abdominal organs can work better.

 

Mindfulness flow (B)

This class is created in variety style of flow. It will be gentle with slow movement. In this class, you will move with the breath and same time we will focus whatever the yoga instructors will say. Different teachers, will be different style of the class. However, it will give you a lot of focus, mind awareness and relax in same time.

 

Mobility Flow (B) or (B,I)

This class we will focus the joints movement in each area of the body. It can be hatha style or flow or vinyasa style. It’s depend on the level of the class and levels of the asanas that yoga instructor gives in their class. The mobility practice is really important for everyone especially when we start to getting old, we really need to practice the mobility of the body. It’s help for increase or create fluid in your joints and also flexibility of the muscles. 

 

Office Syndrome Yoga (B)

During this modern time, we found that from younger age, just 20+ , there are many people face problems about office syndrome such as frozen shoulders, neck and back pain and still muscles in chest area. This class, we will provide varity of chest and shoulders stretching. Back and hips opening to our students with support of props such as strap or block. You will feel that the body get stretching more and feel release tension of the body and mind. 

 

Power Yoga or Power Vinyasa (B,I) or (B,I,A)

This is very powerful class plus dynamic movement in one class. The class will be teach as vinyasa style and there are a lot of core strengthen positions, arm balance and yogic push up Chaturanka Dandasana. It’s proper with the experience yoga practictioner and/or persons who like to do dynamic movement in yoga. You will get a lot of sweats in this class. 

 

Restorative (B)

This class is really gentle and relax class and good for all levels yoga pratictioner. The class is slowly move and focus in the muscles relaxation and stretching. The posture will be holding 3 – 5 min to make students will relax and get deep stretching. The deep stretching will me your inside deeper muscles get release and also healing in case it is injury.

 

Streching (B)

The Stretching class is very proper for everyone even you have never been practiced yoga, shoulders/back/hips/legs stiff or athlete. This class, we focus and teach in the Hatha Yoga style in focus of stretching slowly to each joint in the body from head to toes. The class sequences, will be done slowly and give students gets focus in their muscles, feel also relax whole body and sleep well in night.

 

Sun Series (B), Fusion Sun Series (B,I)

This class we focus in the classical hatha yoga style and classical sun salutation (Suryanamaskar) and plus with many modify sequences of sun salutation. This class will have a lot of movement in forward bending, back bending as well as standing balance. This will help you in blood circulation, chest opening as well as good focus and coordination in your body and mind. All levels can join this class.

 

Therapy Yoga (B) – Shoulders/Hips/Legs/Back

The therapy yoga class aims to help student in specific points of the body such as shoulders pain, shoulder stiff, hamstring stiff, back pain, etc. The class will be design in the time which student come and we will tailer made the class at the time. You will be sure that you will get proper stretching and work in your muscles problem when you join our class. 

 

Twist Lovers or Twist Vinyasa (B,I)

This class is vinyasa style class and more focus in the twisting position. This class help you to get deeper stretch in your spine and lower back and also help to massage abdominal organs.

The vinyasa class will give dynamic movement and focus on the breath. You will feel very light after class.

 

Vinyasa Flow (B) or (B,I) or (B,I,A)

This class will be run in the vinyasa flow style with using the vinyasa Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutation A,B,C) to warm up the body and Ujjayi breathing is applied in the class. Classes will move as dynamic movement as one move one breath and some positions will hold the pose around 5 counts or 5 breaths and they class might have one or two or multi peak poses and it’s depend on the yoga instructor teach each time.

 

Yin Yoga (B)

Yin Yoga is one of best hatha yoga practice with anyone can practice. The class will be done very slow and hold the posture 3-5 minutes each position. To hold the position longer, the body, muscles and joints will get more flexibility and well as healing process happen during hold the poses. Yin yoga gives the Para symphathetic nervous system work better and student will feel clam and relax a lot after practicing.

Special Classes​

This is not included in the group session but will announce time by time. Class fee will be paid separately, not include in the group session member card.

Yoga Plus – Ring (B)

This class, we apply the yoga practice with pilates ring. There are different types of sequencing. Some will focus in stretching, some on core body and/or strengthen the small muscles in the body aside which are in deeper layer of our muscles.

The class will be done as special session and announce separately in the event type. It will be around 1-1.50 hrs and fee will be 300-350THB per pax per time.

 

Yoga Plus – Chair (B)

This class, focus a lot in the person who has some specific problems such as frozen shoulders, office syndrome, stiff hips, legs, body. The class will be given different type of stretching with chair. All level is welcome.

The class will be done as special session and announce separately in the event type. It will be around 1-1.50 hrs and fee will be 300-350THB per pax per time.

Private Class

As on appointment (morning , afternoon or evening). Class will be performed in the Yoga Ananda studio.

General Private Class

Private class will be designed upon each students body stucture/health condition and expectation of student. Class can be done in form of;   

  • New to Yoga
  • Advance Yoga
  • Pranayama/Breathing/Meditation
  • Yoga Nidra
  • Yoga for improving health condition (to get better sleep, reduce gastric problem,sciatica, reduce pressure, streching tight muscle) : It can be done along with the doctor recommendation and treatment.
  • Yoga for Senior
  • Yoga for Kids 
  • Yoga for general health
  • Yoga for specific purposes (case by case)
  • etc.

Private Class fee :  Teaching fee will be depend on type of the class, number of person in 1 class and distance (in case we have to go on-site)

Term & Conditions for Private Classes 

50% deposit money needed in case book private class more than 1 class

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of booked private class. If students arrives more than 20 mins late for a pre booked private class, the teacher can cancel the class and the class will have to be paid in full.

All Classes are for 1 hours (60 minutes) unless of otherwise booked. If a student arrives late the time will be deducted from the hour booked. For example, if a student arrives 10 minutes late , the time remaining for the class will be 50 minutes.
