  1. Yoga Mat provided.
  2. Please bring your own towel and water.
  3. Each class is 1 hour, unless otherwise noted.
  4. Time period of the card is not be extended with any reasons because it's really long period. 
  5. Card holder name is not transferable. / Card could not be given to other.
  6. Classes are closed 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Apologies in advance, but no exception for late guest after 10 minutes.
  7. In case studio closed in any occasions, the card period will be extended immediately. We will inform time by time.
  8. Our member card can be used any locations ( NIMMAN, Jing Jai Market Branch and Old city), member need to keep their own member card and show it to our yoga instructor everytime before the class time. No card, consider needed to buy new card or drop in.

General Private Class

Private class will be designed upon each students body stucture/health condition and expectation of student. Class can be done in form of;   

  • New to Yoga
  • Advance Yoga
  • Pranayama/Breathing/Meditation
  • Yoga Nidra
  • Yoga for improving health condition (to get better sleep, reduce gastric problem,sciatica, reduce pressure, streching tight muscle) : It can be done along with the doctor recommendation and treatment.
  • Yoga for Senior
  • Yoga for Kids 
  • Yoga for general health
  • Yoga for specific purposes (case by case)
  • etc.

General Private Class in Studio (Kru NOK or Other teachers) : Price List ( in 2018)

  • Private 1 Hr /1 Person/ in studio 1,200 THB  
  • Private group  2-5  Persons/in studio  1,500 THB
  • Private group  6-10 Persons/in studio  2,000 THB.
  • Add on charge 150 THB per head.
  • Other case/other yoga teachers and General Private Class Outside studio/ YOGA in company or work place  800 - 2,000 per hour (depend on distance and number of students) :  contact Kru Nok  

Individual Workshop/Special Teaching Teachnique & Art of Adjustment with Kru NOK (Only for Yoga Teacher)

  • 1 Hr 1 Person  = 1,500 THB
  • 90 Min = 2,000 THB
  • 2 Hrs  = 3,000 THB.

  

Prenatal Private Class

Only one student limited in the practice. The yoga class will be done very gentle and in very closely care/support from Yoga Instructor. Every minutes you will feel safe and support with yoga instructor.

Soft music/smiling atmosphere can create relaxation moment to mommy to keep mind clam and peace and ready for delivery baby. 

** Doctor recommendation/closely consultant are required.

Private class fee :

  • 50 Min/ 1,000 THB

 

Private Class Package 
  • 10 Classes reserve , get 11 Classes , Duration 180 Days for expiry date.

Term & Conditions for Private Classes 

**  50% deposit money needed in case book private class more than 1 class


** Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of booked private class. If students arrives more than 20 mins late for a pre booked private class, the teacher can cancel the class and the class will have to be paid in full. 

** All Classes are for 1 hours (60 minutes) unless of otherwise booked. If a student arrives late the time will be deducted from the hour booked. For example, if a student arrives 10 minutes late , the time remaining for the class will be 50 minutes.
