Moon Series (B)
This basic class is designed for students with no previous experience or those wishing to revisit the basics. Students are taught to connect basic breath control and internal awareness to physical movement.
Moon salutation will be used in this class and it will be added some variations depend on the level and combination of students in the class. Almost asana will be in sitting and slightly back bending. All taught in a safe, comfortable and interactive environment.
All levels can try and take options of asanas during practing in class from the yoga instructor as per your body/health condition.
