Pranayama (B)


This basic class is designed for students with no previous experience or those wishing to revisit the basics of pranayama (yogic breathing teachnique).

The breathing practice, will be introduce from basic abdoment/chest breathing and go to one by one easy pranayama breathing. You will learn how to breath and benefit of each. 

Breath deeper!!!  Live longer!!!

 All levels can try and take options of asanas during practing in class from the yoga instructor as per your body/health condition.
