Asana/Pranayama (B)

All levels are invited to join this class, it’s about basic practice/sun salutation and basic breathing practice that good for your body and mind. Correct yogic breathing, you will feel more deeper practice and clam in your mind. 

All levels can try and take options of asanas during practing in class from the yoga instructor as per your body/health condition.
