Power Streching (I)
Power Streching :
All levels can get the deeper streching/making your body stronger !!!
This class encourages students to connect breathing to breath reightly while practicing asanas with difference postures and practices.
The asanas in class will be combination between beginners & intermediate levels. Legs/All body streching with power yoga practicing. No worry that you are just start yoga or advance, all levels can practice the class.
All levels can try and take options of asanas during practing in class from the yoga instructor as per your body/health condition.
