Basic Streching (B)
A refreshing class for all levels, this class continues to build on the foundation established in Beginner Yoga and aim to do some streching in each part of your body. Working with the needs of the class, more attention is placed on alignment and breath work, and participants begin to explore more challenging asanas (poses). This is an excellent class for beginning through experienced students.
All levels can try and take options of asanas during practing in class from the yoga instructor as per your body/health condition.
