Hatha Basic (B)
This basic class is designed for students with no previous experience or those wishing to revisit the basics. Students are taught to connect basic breath control and internal awareness to physical movement.
This class integrates the classical yoga : asana, pranayama, short meditation and breathing. Easy to follow. Good for health. Hatha yoga each day, we practice different postures.
Original way of sun salutation and with variation will be used in this class depend on the level and combination of students in the class. All taught in a safe, comfortable and interactive environment.
All levels can try and take options of asanas during practing in class from the yoga instructor as per your body/health condition.
