Yoga Detox (B)
Basic yoga for all levels, this class continues to practice along with breathing in full hr. Asana will be more in twisting poses and some type of squeeze the abdomen area for detoxation purposes.
Working with the needs of the class, more attention is placed on alignment and breath work, and participants begin to explore more challenging asanas (poses). This is an excellent class for beginning through experienced students.
All levels can try and take options of asanas during practing in class from the yoga instructor as per your body/health condition.
