Legs/HIP Opening (B)
Basic legs streching and HIP opening for all levels, this class continues to help the practicetioner get more streching their legs/hip will be opening more with foundation established in Beginner Yoga.
Working with the needs of the class, more attention is placed on alignment and breath work, and participants begin to explore more challenging asanas (poses). This is an excellent class for beginning through experienced students.
All levels can try and take options of asanas during practing in class from the yoga instructor as per your body/health condition.
