This class all levels can practice together. The class will instroduce basic Acro Yoga and how to start your own practice. How to fall safety and how to create easy Acro Yoga Flow. The atmosphere of the class will be very nice and happy because you have interconnection between you and your friend. Trust and communication are important in the practicing. Join and experience it.
All levels can try and take options of asanas during practing in class from the yoga instructor as per your body/health condition.
