Back Care/Office Syndrome

This class is so gentle and nice for all levels to practice asanas to be good for your shoulders/back with deep breath and slow movement. The asanas will be designed depend on student in the class and almost help for preventive cause of back pain/shouders pain. 

All levels can try and take options of asanas during practing in class from the yoga instructor as per your body/health condition.
