Change your life with breathing exercise

Do you know? Breathing exercise in yogic way are provided many benefit for your health. Breathing is important for your heart system. Slowly inhale gives heart working slowly and make it more long life working. In Yoga, the breathing technique is very important because if the breathing rate change, behavior will be changed also for instance if you feel angry, you will have very short breathing and more frequent but if you feel happy, you breathing rate will be slow down. You will feel peaceful.

One of breathing technique for you today is called “Alternate Nostril Breathing technique”. It helps a lot for blood circulation system, respiratory system, it takes lot of oxygen to your body and purify your blood. Reduce your stress and headache. Helps metabolic system , reduce heat in your body and increase immune system.

How to practice ?

Sit in comfortable pose or lotus pose. Close your eyes. Lift your hand close your left nostril open your right nostril inhale… count in your mind 1-10. Then, change close your right nostril and then open your left nostril exhale. Try to count longer 1-15 or 1-20. And then, change side.
