There are different persons…, different body structures in this world, somebody can bend their back in the first time easily but somebody can not , maybe only just face up and look up to the ceiling. This is because of different of body structure, work experience, sit down too much , no streching it causes for somebody have back pain problem. I would llke to introduce one back bending to train your back and spine

Benefit of the back bending not only effect for the body but also in the mind. The body will be:

How to?

Stand and feet together. Inhale lift your hand up strech your spine. (first photo) Exhale bend to the back look your hands. If you have low back pain, you can use your plam to put on your lower back area and use your thumb puse on your lower spine and bend slowly.
