Tola Padmasana : Scale Pose

Today, you will know posture which makes you have beautiful hands and shoulders , strong wrist and nice abdomen. It’s called “Scale Pose : Tolasana)

This Pose , just sit in Lotus Pose. Cross your legs together and put both feet upper part (see picture) . Put your plam side your body on floor. Then, inhale deeply. Exhale, lift your bottom up and hold it as scale as long as you can. You also can shake your body, left – right -up – down as you want by balancing your hands, and wrists.
