Wake up – Refresh mind and body ! This fun and invigorating one-hour Yoga class is the perfect way to get going in the morning. This class you slowly streching your body and move as flow with slow movement. Feel your breath and muscle and stay stillness.
Not only will you wake up easier and faster, but you’ll also leave class feeling energized and relaxed, focused and expansive with vitality and energy for your entire day.
All levels can try and take options of asanas during practing in class from the yoga instructor as per your body/health condition.
