Find out yourself, develop strength, flexibility and balance your body and mind. Adventure in sweat and stamina. Enjoy practicing to connect with ujayi breathing, movement, bandhas, postures with own meditation during practice. In this class, you will get challange practice by moving from first series, adding secondary series and mixed up with some other advance asanas in advance series. All levels can select their own choice to practice in class and no worry that you could do or not, energy sharing and your inner energy will tell you.
All levels can try and take options of asanas during practing in class from the yoga instructor as per your body/health condition.
