Kru Year

Kru Year began her yoga practice in 2019 at Yoga Ananda Chiang Mai Studio, and from the very first class, she fell in love with the practice.  She was drawn to yoga for its fun and challenging nature. Over time, Yoga became a regular part of her life, she discovered that yoga not only helped her develop inner awareness but also significantly improved her physical and mental well-being. She is passionate about Ashtanga Yoga and arm balances practice.

Year works for a mobile application company, which allows her the flexibility to work remotely and manage her own schedule, giving her the freedom to maintain a consistent practice. She also has a love for travelling and gardening, and wherever she goes—whether in Thailand or abroad—she seeks out yoga classes to join. She found that there is beauty and calm in every type of yoga class, and this inspiration led her to begin her yoga teaching journey.

What started as after-work relaxation soon became a weekly practice, and eventually, Year decided to deepen her practice by enrolling in the Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) at Yoga Ananda in Chiang Mai, completing 200 hours in Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga.

Since Nov. 2024, With commitment and consistency learning, Kru Year now is ready to teach and support practicing of our students at Yoga Ananda Chiang Mai. Please welcome to come joining her class and you can get very relax practice and peaceful in the mind with her stretching and gentle flow session.
