Kru Cee has been a sporty person since she was young and enjoyed a variety of sports such as volleyball, badminton and swimming.
All sports are not only help her to be stronger and healthier but also led her being a yoga teacher.
has been starting her yoga journey in 2013 with a Thai yoga teacher in Chiang Mai.
Since then, she have been practicing and teaching various types of yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Gentle Yoga and Meditation.
In 2014, she completed RYT 200 Hrs at Vikasa (The Yoga Evolution) in Koh Samui, Thailand with Kosta Miachin.
Currently, She has been teaching at yoga studio’s including some sport club in Chiangmai, Private lessions and Yoga Ananda Chiangmai.
She believe that practicing yoga allows us to go inward and to see where we are. It helps us see where we are limiting ourselves in our habits and beliefs, helps us find true from freedom and happiness as well as keep body and mind strong.
