Shoulders, arms, legs firm with balancing in your downward dog (Eka Pada Adho Mukha Svanasana)
If you have been practicing the “Downward facining dog” for a while, you might wanna challange your self in this pose. It’s will helps you have more benefits not only from legs, shoulders, arms beautiful and firm, but also you will get balancing in body and mind. Try from downward dog and balance your hands, then lift one leg. If you can balance in that pose, try to lift one arm deposite side put with your body side. Keep slowly breathing 5-10 times.
