Kru Biw loves traveling, hiking, sports and love to learn new things. She found that “Yoga” is one of interesting things to learn as it keeps her strong in facing day-to-day challenges. Since 6 years, she made Yoga as part of her life and never misses practicing regularly.

She loves everything in Yoga i.e. philosophy, history, asanas, all types of yoga as well as pranayama and meditation. Whenever she practices Yoga she finds it brings happiness and health in her body and mind.

She loves to share her practice and knowledge of yoga in correct way to others. It made her to join the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training course at Yoga Ananda Chiangmai to be a yoga teacher.

Practice with her in class: Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, Anusaranga , Stretching, Sun Series etc. at Yoga Ananda NIMMAN and JING JAI MARKET.

  • RYT – 200 from Yoga Alliance USA

Studying and working as a Dentist, she has to sit and work for long hours everyday. With time she developed physical fatigue and mental stress. Then, she made decision to start practicing yoga to cop up with fatigue and stress and find real relaxation.

More than 3 years, she has been practicing different styles of Yoga – Hatha Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pranayama, Meditation and Vipassana etc. She found that she loves Yoga and would like to know more in depth. She decided to join Kru Nok’s yoga classes and it made her clearer to understand proper alignment and benefits of Yoga. Finally she joined 200 hours Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Ananda Chiangmai with Kru Nok.

Currently, she works as a Dentist in other provice, but you can join her classes on Saturday or Sunday in Yoga Ananda NIMMAN or JING JAI Market. Follow her class in Website.
