  1. Avoid heavy eating before attend yoga class at least 1 hour or might drink tea or malt before joining class 15 minutes
  2. Drink water little bit during you practice if you feel very thirsty especially in Hot yoga/Bikram yoga class
  3. Avoid using scents lotion, perfume or colones, it might cause for you for getting headache
  4. Dress comfortable cloths and bring small towel with you
  5. Turn off mobile phone or avoid making noise during yoga class
  6. Inform the yoga instructor for your limitation and injuries
