- Avoid heavy eating before attend yoga class at least 1 hour or might drink tea or malt before joining class 15 minutes
- Drink water little bit during you practice if you feel very thirsty especially in Hot yoga/Bikram yoga class
- Avoid using scents lotion, perfume or colones, it might cause for you for getting headache
- Dress comfortable cloths and bring small towel with you
- Turn off mobile phone or avoid making noise during yoga class
