Butter Fly Pose

The Butter fly pose or Poorna Titali Asana is really good pose to open your hip joint, release tension from your inner thigh muscles. The pose also remove tiredness due to long hours of standing and walking.

How to? Sit with back streight and bend the knees and bring the soles of the feet together. Keeping the heels as clase to the perineum as possible. Fully relax the intter thight muscles. Clasp the feet the both hands. Gently move knees up and down. Do it around 30 times with normal breath.
